    I'm in military and have family who reside in this area. Once rented from here years ago. I referred my family to reside there. They have been there for 3 years now and I've noticed a dramatic changed. Once was a quiet area now have new people who have moved in and you wonder if your safe. No problem with youth playing etc but late in the middle of the night you wonder if they're looking into your car or outdoor items that often result to robbery. Perhaps a 24hr office on site to stop the walking around looking for trouble. Shame that residence have to worry about this especially when family come to visit or there friends.

    I have been at 4141 Bonaparte for over 13 years and never had a working dishwasher...Saw 4 or 5 managers, all promising to have a new one installed.

    We are very sorry that you have had a negative experience. We will send maintenance into your home by Friday to either fix the dishwasher or notify the manager if a new dishwasher is needed. If the dishwasher can not be fixed then we will order a new one and install it as soon as it comes in.

    The front office has yet to return one of my calls. I've called on four separate occasions, and on all four occasions the only way I've gotten any sort of response is to physically go to the office. Returning calls is apparently very difficult.

    The place I moved into is not up to par just about everything was broken or became broken soon after moving in, everything is old and worn to an almost unusable condition, for example my carpets are jacked up, all the cabinets are worn or broken the windows are old and not energy efficient., my ac ran up my bill until it broke, stove don't work right. Fridge is shotty, I believe I pay too much for where is live, the company they hire to do lawn work does only the front yard etc etc etc
