Great location to shopping and dining. Easy to get on to the very congested Dorchester Road simply because there is a traffic light. Quiet area, spacious rooms and closets.. The parking is horrible. If you pay an additional monthly fee for a garage, you might not have an issue. Please note all garages are not available close to your apartment. The rest of us have to fight for parking. There is hardly any visitor parking, so if anyone have guests you won't have a space to park your car. I find it an issue to have to park my car around the corner and up the street from my apartment especially if I have groceries to remove from my car. Great place to live without a vechicle.

These apartments were really nice before they sold them 2 months ago. Now the new office people are horrible, when you walk in, it feels that they look down on you just because you live in an apartment, you feel belittled. I would never live there again or recommend anybody, friend or stranger to rent there.

I love it here. I love my apartment and the complex itself. It was so much nicer than the others I had seen when apartment searching. The rent has increased by $20 each year though, and the current office is not as punctual or appropachable as they once were. For this reason, excellent did not seem applicable.

I love living here. The complex is quiet, has a great location, the exterior is beautifully designed, and the other residents have all seemed to be very courteous and kind. The reason I gave it a Good rating instead of Excellent, is because I feel that the apartments need to begin renovation on the interiors. I have had more than a few maintenance calls on basic things, like lights going out, the garbage disposal twice, air conditioning issues. But they respond to maintenance calls ASAP.
