The office staff is awful!! The pool area is awful!! They do not clean the pool properly nor the pool areas.

Ever increasing rates on renters that have been here for two years and have never been late on rent seems a little unfair. I feel like the rate increases are to compensate for empty apartments rather than encouraging current occupants to stay. The always increasing rates make me consider moving to a complex whose rates would be more in line with where I started.
