New management is as bad, if not worse than the old.

The staff are friendly and attentive to resident needs. They accommodate special requests and are helpful when needed. The only qualm I have is based on the lack of pre-warning of apartment inspections and services such as pest control. Having a full-time job, I need more than a 12-20hr notice to accommodate for such tasks like having my pets taken care of and put away during those days.
