Your staff has been very accommodating. That has been very important to me as I sold my house and quickly had to find living arrangements and all that goes with it. Marcie and Linda were tops!!!!

All around pleasant complex to reside in.

When i first moved i the management was so helpful they are also so friendly my first day i already felt at home.

Excellent office and maintenance staff. Always will to adhere to any issues in a timely professional manner.

Awesome environment and great people

I wrote a review on here before, But I took it down because I thought my issue wasn’t gonna get taken care of. I lived here, August 2022- August 2023 and it was not good. To start with, they told me they were gonna give me a new unit that was updated, and my unit wasn’t even updated when I moved in and it wasn’t even ready to move in because they still had to fix things. There was a lot of damage when I moved in too. But I still live there for a year because it was a place to live and it was OK. I will say that the maintenance team was very sweet. But when it came time to move out, we paid our dues and they overcharged us for stuff that is basic wear and tear like carpet. I Have a service dog, and they charged to rip out the entire carpet Because it was pet hair. Which I understand, but you shouldn’t be charging tenants for basic wear and tear because they were gonna have to take out the carpet regardless if I had a dog or not (or I hope they would) I ended up, trying to rebuttal the fee that they charged me (I will admit that I didn’t leave the apartment perfect, But they charged me and my old neighbors a lot) I shortly paid it off after I realize that they were not going lessen it. And I soon found out, they sent it To collections and it dropped my credit score, even though I paid the entire thing well before the due date. Kari was trying to help me but I kept on trying to communicate and it would be days before she responded so I had to drive 30 minutes to come to her office, TWICE to figure out why they sent it to collections. She told me to send it to my credit union, and it was nothing that she could do. But then I told her that I wanted to talk to her supervisor and then she emailed the collections agency (which I told her to do before, but she said it’s not anything that they could do on their end) And finally got it removed, which I asked her to do prior. If you really need a place to stay, This place isn’t the absolute worst but what really sent me over the edge was them sending My information to collections, even though I paid all my dues well before the due date. If I could give zero stars, I would.
