Please do your self a favor and visit here if you are about to move to an apartment. The way you are treated from the time you walk in will rule out the other places near by!! Phenomenal people phenomenal apartments

The place is good, very clean, it is silent, good people. In my opinion, the price is a bit high comparing to other facilities which offer more entertainment (bigger swiming pools, warmed water, eventually more than only one swimming pool, snooker table, tennis table, Internet, etc...)

I am very happy about my decision to lease (and re-lease) at Ballantyne Commons. My apartment is spacious and modern, the grounds are very well kept, and the leasing and maintenance staff are polite and very responsive.

Residents below keep knocking on ceiling. Also same residents have a dog that barks early in morning.

Ballantyne commons is a great place to live, the apartments have great floor plans and are of quality construction. The landscaping is attractive and is kept up regularly. The office staff make things very easy and are a pleasure to work with; always nice and ready to help. The only complaint would be the pool being on the small side for the amount of residents the apartment can hold. Also, the trash drop off gets backed up frequently; it is not large enough.
