    I was in need of a furnished short term rental and was extremely pleased with Garden District! It is affordable, safe, well appointed and has a convenient location. It is within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The neighbors are friendly and the leasing agents are professional, kind and very accommodating! I highly recommend this property!
