A year ago I would have given an excellent rating. However, in the past few months I have been dissatisfied wi Read Moreth several things . The rent has increased substantially yet the amenities have decreased. Water at one time was included with rent. Now there is a water fee in addition to the rent increase for many people. Carpet cleaning no longer offered with lease renewal. No regular pest control, trash dumpsters overflowing, especially on weekends. Discarded furniture left at dumpster.

Jasmine cove doesn't insure or take care that the people that live above you (especially with kids) understand Read More that we pay the same rent as they do and that good behavior (quietness, running up stairs, romping) must be kept to a minimum even during the daylight hours. This should be explained when they first move in. Followup is essential. The floors are also very poor for sound proofing.
We have also seen a lot more large pieces of furniture just laying around, especiall by the dumpsters.

There is an issues with dog owners cleaning up after their pets, especially when the weather is poor. Dog fec Read Morees are all over the common areas (especially near the playground and the dog run). We too own a dog, but we think owners should be punished or fined for not cleaning up.
Trash is also an issue in the common areas/green areas. I do not know how often maintenance cleans the area, but trash is visible most days on the ground.
