      Overall, my experience leaving at the Gates has been terrible. The outside and well inside of the apartment is outdated. There has not been any updates to my apartment since I have lived there and I have been there for over 8 years.

      This is a good apartment that has some of the best people working here. My experiencee here has been pretty great. Things are still being worked on here but they told us thatffrom the beginning as they started..

      The AC issues we have been having has been going on since we moved to a new unit a yr ago and just now getting fixed which is very sad! The overall quickness to respond to any maintenance issue is far too slow, lack of communication from them to the resident, and it just seems as if no one cares and I get that feeling when ever I do have a issue and I cannot and will not tolerate it much longer I have a family I have to take care of and that is very hard when it's out of my control and in someone's else and they do not care my overall experience with this community is so poor that I'd give a negative score if possible and I do not like doing it I like to promote not detract but hey I guess when your led to water and do not drink from it that's on yall not me.
