Just worried that if it takes all this to get safety issues and repairs done, is the pool Really ever getting Read Moredone? Is anyone in charge actually managing the complex? The treadmill doesnt work..is it up to the residents to fix? No tennis nets. Will there ever be any? I feel silly asking about them when the air conditioning vents in our apartment are about to come down on us.
I had positive excitement about being a resident here. ..New renovations etc.. Its deflating quickly..

It would be nice if grass were to be cut and hedges trimmed in front of all apts and not just where the vacant Read More apts are. Please stop blowing grass on patio and throwing trash on my patio. Empty dog trash can and fill with bags so dogs will will a place for their poo and enforcement of leash law and pick up dog poo would be nice!

Never had staff put me off and make mistakes the way the have only person that seems to know anything and tell Read More the truth is launa the manager. Very hot summer NO POOL cant get in gym after hours. Your advertisement for the property is false this is the worse place ive lived. The apts could be really nice i live the room in my apt. But i dont see me staying if thinks dont get fixed in a timely manner .cani i feel like i get put off and lied to each time i need to call the office. DEHEC needs to see the pool. Really disappointed the said pool would be fixed by aug. Dont see that

the pool isn't done which defeats the purpose of having one and it's summer. Also, my door doesn't have a pee Read Morephole to see who's at the door before answering.
