I highly recommend Magnolia Place! My husband and I lived there for 5 years and brought home both our kids there. We met great neighbors who became good friends, always felt safe, and love Ms. Jenny in the office and Mr. Bryan the maintenance guy! I stayed home with our 2 kids and loved the playground and green space. We were always well taken care of and were sad to move!

the office staff and maintance here are wonderful people with great personalities and they are very professional. They always seem to be genuiely concern about any issues we might have with our apartments and go above and beyond to take care of it.

Great on-site staff, Quiet, Friendly, Hard working neighbours who always have a smile. The past 5 years have been great, and although its an apartment its a home.

It's a small complex, so we think of each other as neighbors. We look out for one another while still maintaining our privacy. When I had cancer, Jenny would call me if my car hadn't been moved in a few days. When a neighbor's school-age kids walked to the store, they were escorted home by a neighbor; and they were already grounded because someone else had informed her of their excursion. Last night, a group of us watched an owl in the nearby woods. You don't see things like this anymore.

the location was excellent with my job and the area is really nice and pleasant to live in. I really feel safe and can enjoy the lovely life style here. My kids are at safe at all times, and there are friendly residents along with wonderful staff members. the cost of living is very reasonable and makes life easier to live when rates are fair.
