I pray this review saves, helps someone.
While waiting to close on my home upstate, I moved to building 300, specifically apartment 315 on December 19th, 2019. December 28th I began getting bit. I thought it may have just been mosquitoes until I found a live bed bug crawling in my bed at 2 a.m. December 28th. I killed the bug, took it to Tiffany the very next day (Sunday) in a ziploc bag. Tiffany acted like she didn't even want to take the bag for proof but took it in the end. I bought all my things from where I previously lived - a brand new home which never had beg bugs, which I had lived at for a few years and I also bought a few items from our local Walmart. I left the apartment the same night I seen that bug, have not returned since. I called the complex 4 times monday, sent an email to Jenfier jackson, no one ever responded so I had to drive out there. I asked for them to call me before pest control stepped foot in my apartment, they literally called me 5 minutes after I left their office saying pest control already checked my apartment, found nothing. Before I left, there were other dead bugs all on the baseboards, casings in the corner (See pictures), I can't make this up. Who went with pest control to check my apartment? I would expect a property manager to go with pest control to check it out but no, Tiffany was sitting in the office. I went with my instincts, decided to call pest control myself. I spoke with Shane, had sent him pictures of what I had found, he said those definitely look like bed bug casings, said he wasnt sure how Cameron (the pest control guy who came out literally 5 minutes after I left the office) overlooked this. What a joke! I told tiffany I would be leaving, she said I would need to pay a lease break. Pay a lease break because yall had bugs and failed to notify me? I dont know what the other apartments are like but this specific apartment has bed bugs. I had high Hopes for this apartment, am extremely disappointed
