    My apt smelled like stale smoke but it was a good value, neighborhood was quiet and safe. Staff was excellent and big apartment for the money.

    this property is a slum!!! there is no maintenance and the units are falling apart and full of mold. due to the lack of attention, utility bills run sky high. do not rent here!!!!
