    This apartment building was listed as having an availability, but upon calling there were no apartments available unti June or July. Very disappointed.

    Small but clean and up-to-date apartments. Management at the time wasn't the friendliest, but they were quick to answer and respond to any maintenance emergencies. Extremely picky with move out inspections. I had the place much cleaner than it was before I moved in, and they still weren't satisfied.

    Apartments are very small. The last couple of years rent has increased by 20$ every year. Other than that they are good.
