The parking is my biggest complaint. The only suggestion I can offer is designated guest parking and/or assigned spaces to registered residents. Otherwise I have no serious complaints.

The office is wonderful, however upon moving into my apartment I had a few maintenance issues which were immediately responded to but not resolved.

I rate this poor because on the outside looking in you would think the living experience would be good. The office staff is very friendly and helpful but there are something even they can't change or fix. The walls are extremely thin. If I'm sitting in my den I can hear everything that goes on outside. The neighbors up stairs I can hear them walking they always have a dog that runs around all day long it drives me completely insane I feel like I have no privacy. The only time it's quiet is when it's raining. Kids play in the breezeway soon as school lets out very loud canny focus while I'm trying to work. You would think paying over a thousand dollars a month you at least would be able to have peace and quite in your home.

The staff is AWESOME! I have renewed my lease because of Wendy and Cahvaya. They always help me and never have made me be a problem or burden.

To be brief, I'm about 90% deaf and even I know that my upstairs neighbor is too loud. Stomping or jumping or walking with lead boots, my apartment shakes every time they move upstairs. I honest to god believe that they are training for a dance-dance revolution competition with the amount of stomping.
I'm deaf. I shouldn't be able to FEEL how loud my neighbors are being at 1:30am.
Unrelated, the office is generally helpful. My mail does get lost quite often when receiving shipments from Amazon.
The site (parking lot, landscaping, etc...) is generally fine. There is generally a lot of trash in the parking lots and stairwells.
