Vintage at Burkitt Station

Simply put, my overall experience at VBS has been outstanding.

This is a beautiful complex with great amenities! I enjoy the fitness center, the pool, the coffee bar, the lounge area. I love my home!

Resident animals urination/defacating all over, car wash area dirty, requent no soap,

The staff is very courteous and eager to help. If there are any maintenance issues reported, they are repaired in a timely manner.

We love the maintenance free of living at Vintage Burkitt Station and the girls in the office are so friendly and sweet!

Awesome Office Staff especially Alice and Tyler. The whole really LOVE their tenants. So many perks here makes it difficult for one to move! This is the ABSOLUTE BEST APARTMENT PLACE TO LIVE!!! Two thumbs WAY UP!!!

I just love living here! Tyne, Tyler and Lexi are truly AMAZING!! And the maintenance supervisor Josh is awesome as well. The whole team is heaven sent. You feel like family soon you walk through the door. I love these ladies and I’m glad I chose Vintage Burkitt Station. They are kind, sweet, and they listen with understanding and with love. Any problems they will do their best to make sure you are accommodated. If you ever want a safe beautiful place to live, COME TO VINTAGE BURKITT STATION!!! You won't be disappointed!! Honestly, if you're looking for truthful reviews, check out the ones from residents not the high number of people who simply went on a tour and were incentivized to leave a review. This place continues to go downhill as there were MORE car break-ins tonight yet no cameras are around the complex and we aren't allowed to have our own. Please consider the complete lack of disregard this property’s staff has for our safety before moving here. I know for a fact our neighbors have been asking the staff for cameras and/or a night guard and get brushed off. What is going to be done? Oh I know, getting more people to post 5 star reviews about their TOUR. The wood floors are gorgeous however the way they amplify every single noise - it will be loud it you have a respectful neighbor living above you, unbearable if you have a rude one. Can't wait until my boyfriend's lease is up.

Expect your car to get broken into or stolen here at some point. And don’t expect cameras to go up; the office won’t actually do anything.

My family moved to this apartment from a neighborhood that was not the best! We loved how the grounds were kept here upon our event initial viewing of the department. I had even driven around here a few times before moving and noticed still the same thing. It seem to be a very quiet, well-managed apartment complex. Upon moving in the maintenance team was quick to address any concerns that we had. Within our time of living here we did have neighbors across the breezeway, who was very loud and very inconsiderate with the lovely garbage concierge that we had. They would place their garbage out with bags untied and grease would get on the ground in front of their door, and when the concierge would pick it up, it would trail cooking oil in front of our door and down the breezeway. This is very unsightly And still there, even after Pressure washing. They would always throw cigarette butts over in front of our door, into our trashcan, all over the stairs, and grounds around our apartment. They even had the audacity to sit one of their trash bags into our trashcan in front of our door. We knew it was down because there was a cigarette carton in the trashcan, and no one in my family smokes! There was also a couple in that Apartment who would frequently fought. Their arguments would get very loud outside the apartment and you would hear cursing and their door slamming constantly at night). Needless to say they were eventually evicted! I really appreciated Management for handling this situation. It was unfair to the surrounding neighbors. Besides than the one neighbor, the only other problem we’ve encountered was with vehicle break-ins. To my knowledge it had happened twice, and had l impacted our family once, unfortunately. Nothing was stolen within the the vehicle. We were very surprised when this happened because of the nice area we lived in. This had never happened at our old apartment, which I would have expected. We were surprised to find that there are no cameras around this apartment complex. Only at the front around the clubhouse and at the dog park (so I was told). Considerably, I still enjoy living in this apartment (Aug 2022-Aug 2024) much better than I did at my old one.

Please note many of these reviews are people who toured it and are not actually residents, which seems unfair. Actual resident here! I love our apartment. It might be my fave apartment I’ve lived in. It’s beautiful, it has gorgeous flooring, and I am a little obsessed with how modern and gorgeous it is. The kitchen is probably the best apartment kitchen you’re going to find in the area. That said, it’s definitely loud here, if you live on a 1st floor (or 2nd floor I would guess!), you will hear every step your neighbor takes so if they are loud you are definitely going to struggle. For the first while, car break-ins were not really a big thing here and now it feels like it’s happening regularly. There are no cameras on the lot, so it would benefit you to park where your window can see and put your own camera in somehow. I worry regularly about if my car will get broken into now.

This is the forth time today in a span of 5 months that cars have been stolen, broken into, windows busted and vehicles vandalized….. and still no cameras for the safety of the residents. Your car could be locked or not but they still get broken into. Go to sleep every night hoping my car is still outside when I wake up. Paying $1800 in rent then $500 for a new window each month is wild lol. District Manager needs to put up some cameras at the least! Sad because the property is great otherwise🤷🏽‍♀️
