Waterleaf at Old Franklin

Ojalá pudiera no colocar ninguna estrella, ya que aquí es el peor complejo en donde he vivido, los de la oficina se molestan cuando vas a preguntar algo o poner alguna queja siempre tienen mala disposición como si ellos te estuvieran haciendo un favor? y eso no es así, porque uno paga aquí y yo particularmente soy responsable con mi pago, por favor no se les ocurra mudarse para acá y menos para un 4to piso el ascensor siempre está dañado y sucio, nunca resuelven nada, tampoco hay parque para niños, ni loca renuevo el contrato aquí, la inseguridad, disparos, escándalos en la piscina y la gente no cuida nada sino tienen el sensor para abrir la puerta del área de la piscina se saltan la cerca, de verdad no me gustó para nada, el autolavado no sirve no hay mangueras ni aspiradora, el área donde está el contenedor de basura es horrible de sucio mucha basura y ahí dura diassss de verdad 0 estrellas para nada recomendado 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻❌❌❌❌❌

I would put zero stars if I couldn’t, but absolutely the worst apartment complex to live in. The rent is rigged and they never have parking. They added electric car chargers when there are probably 1 car throughout the entire complex that uses it. Pure stupidity. Can’t wait till my lease is up.

I have been here for over 1 year!!! Most residents don't respect their neighbors! There is loud music, yelling, fighting, noisy neighbors, etc. There's a noise curfew in place that is totally overlooked!!! Everyone deserves to come home and enjoy their evening after working hard all day and be able to sleep at night!!! The property has become dirty with trash from residents who don't care. The property's car wash has turned into a mechanics shop for the Hispanic residents. As I am writing this review, I am listening to music blaring, the neighbors are yelling, and it's 2am. When you report the disturbance to management, nothing is done to correct the issues! All residents are paying to live here, and there are rules in place so we can all live here peacefully. Great apartments, great concept, but there are SOME RESIDENTS THAT DON'T CARE ABOUT THE RULES, THE PROPERTY OR RESPECTING OTHERS!!!! and this is what causes the devalue in the neighborhood! Also, the 5 stars could be based on the location of the residents' apartment - the location of my apartment has terrible, inconsiderate, and loud neighbors!! I have edited this review from the initial post - In reference to the staff response below: we (as well as other residents) talked to the management and followed the staff procedures regarding the noisy neighbors that live above our head with the kids that train for the marathons from early morning to late nights. However, nothing has been done by management to correct the issue. Also, the neighbors becomes hostile and aggressive when you politely ask them to control the noise!

Move in process was exceptional with Brea. Beautiful and very clean complex.....

Waterleaf is an absolutely beautiful property with the most amenities I've ever seen at an apartment. Team is also wonderful. Highly recommend seeing it for yourself.
