The one major negative is parking. It is severely lacking and unsure why it was made without the idea of making enough spots. Some of the quality of materials is lacking but overall, I'm happy to be living here. Wish people would treat the gym better, ie. putting weights back etc. Also, I'm a little unsatisfied with some residents, which has never been the case living anywhere else.

Everything has been great so far. Kinks are still being worked out, as expected with a new construction, but once everything is finished I expect everything will be excellent
