Poor unprofessional Management. Viewed the property and fell in love but you have to constantly call management to inquire. Was ready to lease and management plays games. They dont call you with any information. Why show the models if you are not going to talk to someone that wants to rent from you. Horrible Management. Jessica does not do anything after showing you the model apt. Susan does even less than that. Susan answers the phone cant give any information and will tell you Jessica will call you back. She wont.

The staff is always helpful, professional and pleasant to deal with. Whether it's taking care of a repair, getting a package for me, or answering questions I may have, it's been a pleasant experience.

Nice looking buildings, inside and out, and the grounds and pool are nice. However, noise is an issue due to thin windows and insulation, and there aren't enough chairs around the pool for the number of residents here.

The only good thing was the Maintenance staff. The office staff was ok. When I loved out I spent 7 hours cleaning the apartment and shampooing the carpets only to be told that the carpets would need to be replaced and I would be charged for it. The trash pick up only came when they wanted to, and when you called the office to complain, you were given a phone number that told you someone would be by later.....they never came. The ceilings were thin enough to hear everything. not worth the pri

Haven has the best apartment layout and lot of storage available throughout the apartment. Landscaping is good, maintenance staff is prompt and friendly and there is ample space for parking. My only concern was location of air conditioning units. They are located directly below the master bedroom and some of them are really noisy. Even with the closed window it was really loud.
