There was no upkeep of the apartments in between new residents coming in. Our apartment was not clean upon move-in day. The maintenance was awful and always took multiple days to fulfill an order, if (big if) the order was even submitted. There seemed to be a problem with communication between the message service and the front office, always. The current leasing staff seems to have a better handle on things.

did not fix or correct any of the items on the Move in check off list. they did the same thing at the district on Gunbarrel Road.

The location is perfect and the apartment has lots of space and charm; however the AC window units are very old and need replacing, there are a few water stains that have been painted over without seeming to address the underlying problem, and while maintenance is friendly, they are not timely or communicative about what they've been able to do or what still needs to be done. I rarely hear my neighbors, though, and am overall happy living here.

The apartment itself is very beautiful, but the management of said apartment is careless and slipshod at times. The individual apartments are straight out of 1920 as far as the floors, tile, light fixtures, and doors. The kichen has been updated with gas stove, granite, and flooring. As far as the individual unit goes it is quiet beautiful.

Repairs and staff response time does not match the price paid for the apartment. And the parking situation is a nightmare many days when coming home from work.

The longer I live here the more unhappy I become. I will most likely be leaving. The noise level is almost unbearable. There is a dog above me that the owner locks in the bathroom and it barks, cries, howls and scratches the floor ALL DAY LONG. I love dogs and understand occasional barking and this is not that. People also stand outside my window and drink, party and smoke cigarettes until late at night. There are many gaps around the windows I can smell the cigarettes. There are also roaches.
