Walls and ceilings are thin, so expect to hear all of your neighbors. While the managers of the property are very kind, the owner is not even in the state and seems like they do not visit often or really are aware of a lot that is going on. It always seemed like when I contacted them, it was inconvenient for them to answer the phone. Move out is kind of crazy as they expect a lot from you which should just be covered under normal procedures for getting a new tenant. I understand leaving the place swept/vacuumed, wiped down, and overall clean when you leave, but requesting to clean the outside of windows is kind of ridiculous. The paint on the walls is very cheap and the entire apartment will have to be repainted on move-out unless you put nothing on your walls at all. To their credit, you do get a small amount of money put towards these types of things when you move out depending on how many years you've stayed there, but it is not nearly enough to cover the labor for just repainting the walls. So if you need anything beyond that, which you will, you won't get your full deposit back.

The walls are thin and you are able to hear conversations from apartments that are above,below and/or beside you. If you are very unlucky you might end up with the noisy neighbors who do not care about individuals around you and have to put up with constant noise every day. The landlord and property manager are awesome and but unfortunately the noise and other factors lower the quality of living. if you are a individual who likes to have a normal, yet reasonable amount of peace on the daily...this place is not for you.
