The office staff at Belle Forest is very friendly and always helpful. I always see hard workers maintaining the landscape by cutting the grass, trimming bushes, and sometimes even raking leaves. I consider the price for their apartments very fair, especially for military families. Their maintenance worker is also a very hard worker and will always immediately respond to any maintenance problems you run into.

They were prompt in getting back to me but when I arrived for a tour I was informed by a maintenance worker that the person who was to facilitate the tour went to lunch with an unknown return time.

Just looking the apartment looks nice but once moved it the plumbing is horrible and has a bug issue.

I will not continue renting at Belle Forest in the future. I am looking for something that is lower rent and lower electric bill. My neighbor pays $56 a month in electric and I pay $250 per month. There is something seriously wrong with that!

The unit is not updated. The repairs are easily seen and surely not done by a professional. The walls are textured with a swirl not a nice orange peel. The lighting is poor, the heating and cooling distribution is poor. The out side deck roofs leak, hardly any are painted they are chipped and peeling. The concrete on the patios/sidewalks are dirty and need power washed.
