Warning to Potential Residents: I strongly advise against moving into Preston Run Apartments due to the extremely poor management and unprofessional behavior exhibited by the staff, particularly Kellie. My husband and I have faced numerous issues since signing our lease, including extortion, retaliation, and slanderous gossip. Here are some key points from our experience: Pest Control Issues: Despite multiple requests, pest control services were delayed and poorly executed, causing significant inconvenience and health concerns. Health and Safety Neglect: After suffering a stroke, I requested the removal of a Scent Air Machine due to severe migraines and vertigo. My request was repeatedly dismissed, showing a blatant disregard for my health. Unjust Charges: We were charged for past electric bills and additional fees without proper explanation or justification. Despite providing evidence that these charges were illegal, management refused to remove them. Retaliation and Harassment: Our resident portal access was revoked, and we were subjected to continuous harassment and unreasonable demands, including requests for medical documentation and disability forms. Financial Burden: The mismanagement and delays caused us to incur significant financial losses due to missed work and additional expenses. Overall, the management at Preston Run Apartments has caused us immense stress and financial hardship. I urge anyone considering moving here to think twice and look elsewhere for a more professional and respectful living environment

The moment I walked in, I knew this was the place for me. The staff was so welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. It immediately felt like family! It is clear the staff cares for their residents here. I love my new apartment and feel completely safe. It is a gated community which actually utilizes their gates. If you are looking for an apartment, I would definitely put Preston Run at the top of your list and stop your search. These apartments are so nice! Melodye C.

Preston Run was a delightful living experience for my husband a I. No matter what type of maintenance problem we had, it was always addressed the day of the complaint. The staff was always courteous and understanding. They are a ten star rating in my book.
