At first this apartment complex wasnt terrible. Friendly and helpful staff, maintenance would come same day. T Read Morehey recently switched management and it all went downhill from there. Ive been waiting on maintenance to fix my refrigerator for SIX DAYS! It really shouldnt take that long to send someone or just simply replace it. Were paying for it and nothing has been done. If you have low standards, or simply wont be home at all sure move here.

Moving into the apartment complex the experience was great. The company before Ellington property took over wa Read Mores amazing. Hawthorne Properties took care of their residents and I never had a complaint nor an issue. Upon moving out things changed with the new company. The lack of communication with the different policy changes has brought a complete headache. I totally understand companies due things differently, but the lack of communication is unacceptable. Being told one thing and being assured of things then being charged for something that you were assured you wouldn't get charged for is poor customer service. i was charged for not painting back a wall in my apartment. Yes I understand that I am responsible for returning the apartment back the way it was given, but when you've requested paint because you were told it is usually given to the resident, that is what I expected. I asked multiple times to get paint, when the previous management company was asked I received. When the new company came never was I told it wasn't provided. In fact my boyfriend was told to come get the paint from the front office and when the manager Stephanie wasn't there he was told it would be dropped off. It never happened. I've emailed. I've called. No response. So the day of move out, I was assured, by the sweet leasing agent, that I wouldn't get charged because they dropped the ball. But when I got my final account statement I was charged for not painting the wall back. Never was I told that they didn't provide the paint. When speaking with the assistant manager Bruce he specifically tells me after I sent him the email that it was usually provided, "Usually is no guarantee." But NEVER was I told it wouldn't be provided. No one has vowed to help. I've been thrown around. Nothing has been done to resolve an issue that they have created. I'm very disappointed with the leadership within the office. I've expected better from the new leadership.

They've shown quick response to any maintenance need I've had. Additionally, the office staff has been warm, Read Morefriendly and informative. I've enjoyed my time here and have renewed based on the service I've received.

We Were Located In The Front.Close To.The Office And.never Had Any Problems. Our neighbors were Never A Bother Read More And It Was Always Pretty Quiet. So No complaints On That Aspect. But My Car Was Towed By The Office And Never Even Had A Warning Or Note! We Are Supposed To Have Our Vehicles Listed In Our Rent With All The Info Like Color Make Model And liscence Number...Which I Fully Filled Out The Year We Signed The Lease And Yet Not.one Notice Or Attempt To Get A Hold Of Me Even Took Place.
