The latter is more of a tourist attraction than a transportation service since the railway climbs historic Lookout Mountain on "America's Most Amazing Mile." The MOCS is a free shuttle serving the University of Tennessee and the local area. Information about CARTA's 16 bus routes is available by telephone.
