    I currently live at Poplar and really enjoy it. Since new management they have really been attentive with things we need fixed. The area is nice, clean, other people that live here are nice.

    It was my first place I rented after my divorce. It was a decent place and attentive staff.

    THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER RENTED FROM. $825 a month plus an outrageous water bill of $75 a month for two ppl. They also dont like to give you your $500 deposit back. Dont get locked into this dump. Ive rented from several townhouses in area and this is by far the worst managed. There was no walk-through when I moved in because the office lady walked out the day before I moved in so nothing was cleaned, it was like the tenements prior had just moved out cause there wear bags of clothes in the closets and trash all over the floors, the upstairs bathroom smelt like asparagus and the washer doors werent even on the hinges. Good luck ever getting anyone to answer at the office. We spent 4 days cleaning and filling holes, scrubbing the baseboards, dusting the blinds, spent $60 on a carpet cleaner all to get our deposit back. Did the walk-through and was told in person after everything was checked off that we would get out deposit back in full. Fast forward 3 months later havent received the money and was notified that the cleaning wasnt sufficient and they took half the deposit. The lady who checked the checklist doesnt work there anymore so they decided to not read her notes and took our deposit. Literally the biggest waste of money. Theres plenty other more affordable townhouses in the area that are just as spacious.
