It takes a long time for them to come out and fix things in the apartment. When I first moved in, my apartm Read Moreent had been remodeled and my sink fell in. They came out and fixed it and then it took 6 months for them to fix my garbage disposal. The rent is way more than the apartment is worth. They charge bogus fees, if you have a pet and you cannot challenge them because they have your pet Deoxyribonucleic acid. I don't recommend moving here.

I am truly sorry you did not have a good experience. We strive to take care of service requests in a timely manner;one out for such a long time is unacceptable and I would like to research this further. In regards to fees,It is correct that residents who do not clean up after their dog & leave dog waste on the property are fined. I gave an average rating because it's an older apartment complex however my kitchen and baths have received a Read Morepartial remodel in the last year. It is difficult to find a parking spot. I have a lot of college neighbors who are surprisingly quiet, but each one has a vehicle which makes it hard for me to find a place to park.

Pros and cons to this place. Great location but not greatest apartments to match with the rent you're paying. Read MoreGreat staff, but just some older buildings. Really poor treatment when you're moving out. Exercise facility is terrible.
