Element at Cedar Bluff

After hearing about other comments in this complaint roaches are a problem because of their not keeping up with the spraying on a monthly basis. You have to stay on it to correct the problem as well as making sure tenant knows that food and garbage gets put in their proper place... I really wish the staff great success in the future.. I know what its like to be a general manager in apartment complex..

outside lighting in parking lot not working very dark at night

I like my apartment and I love the location. I think the apartment is a little pricey for the area and I don't like the washing facilities. The machines are always broken or you can never get a machine, I always go to an outside laundry mat.

There were several people in the leasing office that have been rude on several occasions, and even towed our vehicle when we were out of town due to expired tags. The apartments themselves look nice but under the paint are still fairly poor quality. The rent has gone up so much over the years and instead of giving a good rate for being a longterm resident, it has only gotten more and more overpriced for a mediocre at best experience. The maintenance crew is above and beyond amazing, but I can't get past how I've been treated by the office staff. 100% do not recommend.

Roaches everywhere

Staff are very arrogant they always answer u in very hung volume like I have done something wrong with then and they never answered out questions.
