    The apartments themselves are very nice. I'm proud to show off my apartment when I have visitors. The office staff is very friendly, and will get to know you on a first name basis. They are also very understanding when issues do arise, and will work with you to resolve anything that comes up. The dog park is also a wonderful amenity that we use very often! The major factor in bringing my rating from 'Excellent' to 'Good' is the dog breed restrictions. In particular, we chose the complex in large part due to our dogs being allowed breeds. The change in ownership led to a change in breed restrictions that makes our dogs no longer allowed. Thankfully we are grandfathered in based on the previous lease agreement but I'd appreciate seeing some verbiage in the lease agreement to explicitly protect the resident against such changes (and I'd also personally love to see fewer restricted breeds.)

    We no longer live here. The apartment maintenance really starting going down. Stairwells were dirty, had bugs, etc.

    Rent was high for the quality of apartment. As well as when i left i was charged abunch of money for damages of the other tenant. When i moved in they didnt do any inspection so i got stuck with his charges.

    Management in the office has always been timely and friendly in addressing any concerns or service requests that I have for my apartment. They also host fun events for all ages and treat residents with respect and kindness.
