    The reason you get only 1 star is simple: you continue to raise rent and do not improve the grounds at all. You have made zero attempts to offer better amenities for the residents for what they are paying. The parking lot is falling apart in several areas and needs to be resurfaced and repainted. I think it is really stupid to have reserved parking when most apartment complexes do not and use parking stickers instead of charging for spaces. Management does not connect well with the residents and the grounds beyond the front area are in desperate need of reseeding or resodding. The bushes damaged due to past work on the building need to be completely replaced (adding just mulch is not landscaping done right!!) As you can tell, you have a very long ways to go if want to have place for us to be proud of. Stonemark Properties is not the mark of excellence, but more like an example of mediocrity!!! Let's see if you guys in the front office get this through your heads!!! And instead of just bringing in lousy food trucks, offer more amenities for the residents!!! If you think this is not possible, just look at other complexes that keep their properties nice and neat!!! Let's see whether you have the audacity to initiate positive change. Judging by your present track record, I would not be surprised if you didn't do anything!!!

    This place is a joke. Is it Section 8 now? Thank goodness the most recent inexperienced, immature and unprofessional 'Property Manager' resigned. The building breezeways are nasty and the grounds and parking lot are in terrible shape! That's what happens when you have employees that are immature don't care!

    The apartments themselves are very nice. I'm proud to show off my apartment when I have visitors. The office staff is very friendly, and will get to know you on a first name basis. They are also very understanding when issues do arise, and will work with you to resolve anything that comes up. The dog park is also a wonderful amenity that we use very often! The major factor in bringing my rating from 'Excellent' to 'Good' is the dog breed restrictions. In particular, we chose the complex in large part due to our dogs being allowed breeds. The change in ownership led to a change in breed restrictions that makes our dogs no longer allowed. Thankfully we are grandfathered in based on the previous lease agreement but I'd appreciate seeing some verbiage in the lease agreement to explicitly protect the resident against such changes (and I'd also personally love to see fewer restricted breeds.)

    We no longer live here. The apartment maintenance really starting going down. Stairwells were dirty, had bugs, etc.
