      Definitely a good place to live, affordable then most places in the area. Great spot if you like going out to local bars, clothing shops, restaurants, clubs, ect maintenance have always been quick and very willing to help with anything you need done with a positive attitude. I had no idea I had to take the air filter out to clean it. Showed me how to pull it out properly and even offered to clean it for me even though I was fully capable. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. Parking definitely can be an issue if its more then just one person due to living in a college area and theres a lot of students who live in the area so it is a first come first serve when it comes to getting a spot especially if its late.

      I've lived in these apartments for almost 2 years now. Fort sanders is a wonderful neighborhood full of character. The amenities available through the apartment are wonderful. The pool is always clean, the grills are ready to be used. They will replace appliances in a very timely manner when they age out. The new paint schemes are up to date and so modern. I highly suggest these apartments. Best pricing in all of Knoxville!

      We are going on 3 years. This is the best apartment complex in the fort. We love our neighbors. We love the pool. We love being so close to downtown and work. It's an amazing transitional place to save $$$ while you look for your forever home. Maintenance is great. Office staff are super cool.

      I've lived here for a couple years and I enjoy it! The property management company is very helpful and communicative. It is very economical, especially compared to other apartments in the area. Parking is really inexpensive too!

      Anytime i call about questions or concerns theyre always super sweet and willing to help any way they can or answer any questions needed and if they cant right away they are pretty quick at getting back to you.
