I have been to many apartment complexes in knoxville but never met with such hostile office staff as we have h Read Moreere at the metropolitan. At first I was met with a lot of smiles and thy made sure I was comfortable, but now that they guaranteed my money I am being treated different with a lot of hostility and condescending behavior. All they have is a money hungry management who wouldnt admit their mistakes. Stay away and save yourself the trouble.

I have been living in Knoxville for over 6 year. This one should be ranked as the worst of the worst. I am not Read More a person who enjoying writing a bad review about my experience but this one drives me rage. You know what? The water supply shuts down at their ease 6 times in only 3 months!!! How CRAZY it was. What's more, we have no water supply for over 20 HOURS... does there an apt in U.S. supply the residents with no tapping water, that's more than our imagination. They do apologize a thousand times, however, they still keeping the water shutting down time as a TOP SECRET. WOW that's interesting, isn't it? They never give a time about when the water will shut down and how long it last, and left us with no preparation about how to live WITHOUT TAPPING WATTER for over 20 hours during the weekends and weekdays mornings. If you want a VALUABLE and UNFORGETTABLE experience about the life with no water to wash your hands, clean you family's bathroom, bathe in evening or morning on weekdays, do your cookings and laundry on weekends...etc. DO NOT HESITATE TO REGISTER AND RENEW YOUR LEASE!
