Local Reviews

My neighborhood is mostly elderly couples occupying the same home for well over 15 years, where they raised there kids but now have grown grandchildren. The couple closest in age to us is still 20 years older.

Is away from main road. Everyone know every body. Everyone watches out for everyone. Quiet and clean.pet friendly. No criminals.

Eat at a restaurant and with the family it has a lot of restaurants here and everything here and we like it here and they are shop to shop in everything

Walmart, Food City and Kroger are less than 5 minutes away. Sit down and fast food restaurants are within a few minute drive.

Two parks are within walking distance as well as the schools and library. Grocery and gas stations are within one mile.

The neighborhood has a designate bus route to and from UTK campus, as it is a city bus you do have to pay to ride or purchase a semester bus pass. The bus pass can be used for any city bus. We are close to downtown and the lively market square, with a variety of shops and restaurants.
