We moved from this apartment complex at the end of July because we bought a home. During our 3 years there, we were NEVER late on a payment. I payed $3,057.10 because we were terminating our lease 2 months early. The day I went in to pay off our lease, the office manager was not friendly at all. He figured up how much we owed, and I wrote him a check. Today, over two months later, my husband and I both get a call from a collection agency saying that we owe $496.97. We payed the balance for the fear of a collection ruining our credit. When I contacted the office, I was told that it was because they had to replace the carpet. We were never notified that they were charging us for this. The woman at the collection agency said they had our account open with them since September. We never received an invoice and no one ever bothered to pick up the phone and call us.The parking spaces in this complex were not thought out very well. Prepare to park on the other side of the complex and walk to your apartment. If you have a job that requires you to get home in the evening, plan to do this every day. We lived in building E and parking near our apartment was full by 6pm. Although we always picked up our dogs feces in the lawn area, many do not and at the time we lived there, the staff did not either. We were always stepping in feces while walking our dog. We once received a threatening letter saying that we would be charged a fee because it was suspected that my husband did not pick up after our dog. When he asked the office staff about the letter, he was told that another resident thought he saw him not pick up the feces. So you can also be charged a fine if another resident accuses you of something; even if they do not have pictures or proof.

The staff is always pleasant when I need assistance. I receive text reminders about important events or timely news. They have an online dashboard where I can pay rent, put in maintenance tickets or or update any of my information. They make it easy.
