The maintenance men are very responsive when there is an issue. The grounds are well kept and nice. The newly Read More renovated apartments are wonderful, and great to live in. The office people are pleasant and helpful. I feel safe and secure in my home. I feel that any disruption, or serious issue with another tenant would be seriously, swiftly, and fairly handled by the office. Everyone I invite over comments on how nice the grounds and my apartment is. This is the nicest place I have lived in.

The maintenance is excellent. All my maintenance requests thus far have been addressed in a timely and efficie Read Morent manner. I also appreciate that staff leaves packages in my home during Christmas season. I work long hours during that time. I appreciate knowing that my gifts are safe and indoors. Things to improve: walls are very thin between the apartments. I can hear my neighbor snore and often hear his dog barking. It would be nice to access packages after hours.

Issues with teenagers smoking and hanging out at my front door from other units. Keep reporting it and they st Read Moreill don't stop.

Many of our neighbors were loud and totally disrespectful, and when we tried to call the courtesy officer, he Read Morewould take nearly 30 minutes to respond, if he responded at all. Things were swept under the rug rather than fixed.

The management staff at Waterford are top notch. They responsive to tenant request and are flexible when worki Read Moreng with tenants. The maintenance team does an excellent job of keeping up the property and responding to tenant needs.
