Crosswinds Condominiums

Worse place ever to rent. Ive rented twice and the last time was horrendous since the female front desk (manager-want-to-be) has taken over. Units are not kept up and smell no matter what you do. Some of them should be condemned. They paint over black mold and cant ever get someone to do anything about it. Ill never rent again with 2 small kids. They hire anything off of the streets. They definitely need to be inspected. My advice is to look at a different place to spend your hard earned money.

This place seems nice but be aware the prices listed here are much lower than what hey actually are. Seems to be a common trend on this app but frustrating none the less. You can expect to pay at least $100 more per unit than is listed on here

my wife and I lived here here off and on for a little over 2 years (moved in, left and then came back a year later) and I gotta say, this place is pretty good area to live in. The people around us are nice and friendly, the walls are surprisingly thick with not a lot of noise traveling through, and the area is nice and safe. The second time we moved in did not go as smoothly as it could’ve been, but that was no one’s fault and there were quite a few other things going on that made it difficult, but crosswinds staff and management were there to help and fix anything and everything and were extremely helpful and kind during the initial move in. The only real negative is how old some of the units are. If you live in one of the 2 stories you’ll probably notice some creaks upstairs and we’ve noticed a few places where the molding around doors have started to splinter as well as some of the popcorn ceiling is starting to come off. It’s probably about time for some of the units to be really looked at, all of these things are minor, and for the price, can’t be beat. I’d give them a solid 4.5 outta 5

Your receptionist should stop lying. I asked about the Floorplan on Google maps you all don't have a several levels to the condominiums. But those aren't updated enough to pay $1300 you can rent a 3 bedroom home in the area for 300-400 more but thanks my dear 😘 lol And no need to block my call you aren't getting that much business 😉

We have been here slightly over a month, and this place is wonderful. Highly recommended. Positives: Nice neighbors, families with kids, very clean and well-maintained, management and staff are super responsive, reasonable rates. Reserved parking right in front of your apartment. Negative: Airport noise morning and afternoon, all of its small aircraft - took about a week to get used to it. Also, residents rarely move out, so they have a waiting list.

Consistently raised rent without providing any improvements to the antiquated appliances, water heater, and A/C unit. They let everything get to the breaking point before they stop trying to fix everything with tape.

Great quiet an clean neighborhood, close to any store that you might need to go to within 5 to 10 minutes driving time ..

It's quite nice. My husband has lived there for over a year now and I'll be moving there shortly. It's quiet there and people are friendly. The property is well maintained and any issues you might have are quickly resolved.

I have lived here for almost three years. I have complained of mold being in my apartment. After further investigation and talking with my neighbors whom have reported they have been sick since they moved in as well as I have been sick too. after concerns were brought up to the management here, they basically said they want all contact to stop. I have taken legal action but wanted it to be public. I'm sure this will get deleted but it has been reported to the Buisness Bureau.

It is a nice place to live a good clean community. The management is friendly, respectful and understanding.

I love this area!! very safe. great for pets as well.
