Have been a Graybrook resident since 2005. Love the quiet, country setting in a big town. We have deer, turkeys, rabbits, and other animals that often visit the grounds from the wooded areas surrounding the complex. At times traffic stops briefly to allow a duck family to cross the drive at the bridge. Soon there will be many new apartments and condos available. Hopefully the quick repair response will continue for the future. Love the overall location with easy access to I-65, Briley Pkwy, and Rivergate Mall. Btw...there are 2 parts of the complex. The front is Graycroft and the other is Graybrook. My apt is in the very back of Graybrook and overlooks the surrounding wooded areas. Some neighbors are 20+ year residents (which says a lot).
