From the time I walked through the doors until I left, I experienced excellent service. Kim, She was the absolute best. She was very professional and she assisted me with the app process. Before I even actually came there I called and Alexis was a great help as well. She got the answers that I needed and called me back promptly . The property is very well kept. After work I would pass the Fieldstone Apts to get home and Id always noticed how beautiful the property is kept. Everyone that ive Ever spoken with on the staff have been extremely courteous and helpful. The amenities offered are awesome. The floor plans are everything. The B1 2Bd 2Ba is my fave. I am potential tenant and I do look forward to becoming an official resident soon.

Overall, great apartment complex with a glaring issue. Buildings and streets are high quality and there seems to be a good amount of sound dampening. The garage door openers are kinda noisy, not a big deal. The pool is fantastic and 24h security patrols are nice. However, there is no way to find my apartment, at least using any online mapping platform. I'm in one of the newer phases. My address doesn't exist in any database. This means that it's really difficult to get packages and food delivered, and my friends have trouble finding me as well. I've lived here for a couple weeks so far and the issue has been known for much longer so I have no idea why it isn't fixed yet. Fieldstone's solution is for us, the residents, to deal with the delivery companies ourselves. This doesn't always work. I currently have over $300 of items that are frozen in transport and can not make it to me and an order for $350 of limited edition items was canceled because they could not find my address. It's also quite annoying to for friends and family to find, since I have to give them turn-by-turn directions after they're inside the neighborhood. Apparently there's nothing that Fieldstone can do, so while I love every other part of this complex, I definitely won't be renewing my lease when the time comes I suggest no one else does either unless they actually want packages to be delivered.

We recently moved into Fieldstone and couldn't be happier. Chelsea was THE BEST leasing consultant. She was friendly and welcoming. She was also patient with our changing minds, but moved swiftly with the application process. The grounds are well kept. There are tons of amenities. We are very pleased with our apartment, the location, the space, the layout. Having recently relocated to Memphis and not being happy with most of the places we looked at, we saw this place, fell in love, and moved in within 48 hours. Knowing that we are coming home to Fieldstone feels great!

Three trips to the apartments and still was not able to The apartments I wanted. Even though each time I returned when they said they could be viewed. One was not 100% ready and the other they could not find the key. Apparently they only have one key to each apartment. I am not going back a forth tome. They also require 3 money orders and a written application and I was told it could take 2-3 days for approval.
