P)rompt response on any requests. Quality of staff; always recognized as a tenant and greeted by name. Grounds were well-maintained.

I have been here over 5 years I love it here and the office team take pride in and problem I had. Very few but very supportive people. I give a 10 out of 10

Worst apartments in terms of maintenance. Maintenance people will not respond on time. You will have to wait at least 24 hours for maintenance guy, even though that is an emergency.

Moved in about 3 months ago. My move in was smooth and the apartment was in great condition. Since I've been here the valet trash service has been removed but I've enjoyed the other services such as the gym, self service car wash and mail room pick up. The mail room service is nice, all of my packages have been safe in that space. There are two gyms with a some equipment, not a alot but it's something. (Update) They opened the theater back up recently, I think you have to rent it out privately so I haven't tried it. I've really enjoyed my experience here so far from the leasing management team engagements and announcements regarding apartment updates. But every since it has snowed my experience has been changing as they do not have anyone to clear the roads and trash could not be picked up (city problem) so there is a bunch left by the dumpsters.(update) My heat stopped working and was fixed after 3 days. MLGW lowered the water pressure which sucked bc it wasnt hard enough to shower. (Update)Overall I still feel like this is one of the best apartments bc of cost, amenities, price etc.

The maintenance people steal people's property...be careful when you rent from these people

Lived here 3.5 years. Never had any problems with maintenance or office team. Loved my apartment. Loved the pools and scenery.

Is it normal for management to ignore serious noise complaints that happens every night after midnight when folks are trying to sleep, that shakes the apartment and put a crack in the wall? Cause if I would have known that I would have never moved here. Guess it’s time to take my documentation to be reviewed by legal representation

Their qualifications are false . You meet every requirement and they still turn you down . When you ask why they tell you all kinds of bull crap but once you tell them their all the answers that they want to here it’s still they don’t know the answers to the question the manager sends messages through the leasing office I actually thought this was a good fit apartment but they are ran down just like any other what they say ratchett apartment. Don’t even waste your time they let who they want to move in. And it’s so true !!!

I have only been living in these apartments for five months and it’s slowly falling apart. The paint is peeling off some the walls, the sink gets clogged up. People in my unit are leaving dog feces on the ground and blaming us for it. It’s not for me but to each it’s own. P.S I stay in Phase 8

It’s with great disappointment to report that I recently renewed my lease, due to the high rent prices in the area. For the past 6 months, I have paid $1,100+ in monthly rent but have not been able to enjoy walking out of my apartment or inviting guests over, due to the disgusting dog feces that are being left out on neighboring balconies. Please refer to the pictures for proof. Management has failed to permanently resolve this situation, despite the various emails, phone calls, and in-person visits made. If you can afford another place in the area, I would not recommend selecting Fieldstone— unless you’d like to smell and see dog feces every day. As a tenant previously reported in their review, there are clearly no repercussions for breaking your lease at this apartment complex. Sincerely, A very tired and frustrated tenant.
