Greenbrook at Shelby Farms

I have lived here for nearly 7 years. Buildings are old, and two years ago, it seemed like Greenbrook was coming apart at the seams. But since the new ownership took over and we became Arium, maintenance seems to be more responsive to any major problems. Roofs were reshingled Water leaks from underground pipes are getting dealt with. Driveway potholes filled. Ground fault outlets were added in bathrooms and kitchens.

It's a safe environment for a young lady who lives alone.

Do not live here!! Constant trash and dog poop all over the facility, stray dogs, gunshots at night, 1 broken car window, many unresolved maintenance issues, and $1000+ stolen security deposit, even after months after moving out, our security deposit was never returned. We left our apartment in clean condition, purchased new lightbulbs, and drip pans, and thoroughly cleaned. Phones in the office are never answered, messages never returned. Pools are disgusting, gym is only open during business hours and often closes hours early, tennis court is unusable. (Greenbrook, do not tell me to reach out. You never answer my calls or retune messages. You can reach out to me!)

Said they would call me and never did

I've been attempting to reach the office for a few days with multiple calls and an interest notification. I have yet to hear from our speak to anyone.

Great staff! The women that work in the office has great personalities and they work with you. Also their response time is amazing!

Miss Kelly was very informative and helpful the whole way through! Its only my first day I will update after a month or two based on the apartment itself but Kelly was great!
