    Great pricing and location however the HVAC is terrible If u live upstairs be prepared for your air to not work properly at all and it be blamed on you having vaulted ceilings and heat rising Ive had air conditioner issues since the first day ive moved in I love the office staff but management really needs to invest in proper Hvac equipment because if u set your air on 65 or 70 it should blow that not be faulty and not work due to it being hot outside.

    The place is awful gates work half the time, the security is trash they just let everyone in. The maintenance of the place as a whole is trashy. The people in management are a bunch of scam artist who falsifie documents. We did an early move out form and theyre going back on their word saying were responsible for another months rent and we wont even be living there. I know of two other occasions this has happened to people who are trying to move out from this place. Gene is a rude foul mouth manager that goes back on his words. Eventually he will run this business into the dirt.

    The lakes where dirty all the time. Maintenance was slow and rarely ever completed a task. The property overall suffered from poor upkeep and maintained several safety hazards about the property. the office staff was consistently unprofessional and at time completely immoral.
