I agree with other tenants. Since my move in last september my building has been subject to gun shots from patrons a club cru as well as drunk drivers blasting into our apartment building. I was told that the apartment requested that they not tow cru patrons that park illegally outside our gate. See photos. In addition there is min cleanup before they give you keys no fresh paint, my trash is still sitting outside and its monday at 1am valet is supposed to run sunday to thursday. lots of break ins and loud music from the club next door. High rent for nothing. will not be renewing.

One star is generous for this complex. As a summary, you a luxury price living in absolute shambles. Dont let the five star review fool you. Consistently asking residents to post a good review in exchange for a prize. The commission they make from these reviews should be the least of their worries. Biggest concern for every resident I have spoken to is no security. There are constant car break-ins + stolen vehicles every week. Its a serious safety issue and nothing has been done about it. Glass in the parking lot is considered normal at this point. Next to a nightclub that is so loud 7 days a week. I can hardly hear my TV over the music. Had a leak in the ceiling and after the contractors fixed the sheet rock, the ONE maintenance guy went through my apartment and used my cleaning supplies to clean up after the contractors. My apartment was left a total disaster and my things were ruined from the dried sheet rock. When I brought it to his attention, instead of an apology, I was told, Your things were left out, so I used them.. I have a camera in my apartment and still is not a reason to violate someones space. Work orders have been left unresolved for THREE+ WEEKS because I complained to management about what had happened. Last summer, the floor of my apartment had a bug infestation that took over 5 MONTHS to resolve. Just recently there have been more bugs and when I asked why pest control did not come on the scheduled working day, maintenance stated, because it was raining outside. Illogical excuses for everything. If I could move out tomorrow, I absolutely would. DO NOT live here. Its an absolute nightmare.

I moved in 2 weeks ago. I am disappointed that I was given an apartment that was not clean nor inspected before I was given my keys. The floors, washer/dryer, refrigerator, tub/shower head were all dirty. I had to clean them myself. There was a broken light fixture, broken door stop, and patio door lock issue. The air conditioner would not come on so I had no air for almost a week. If you work nights, you can forget about parking. The entire lot is always packed at night. I thought if the apartment asks you for your tag # this means they will monitor if the cars parked in the lot actually belong to the tenants. Beware of your car being towed allowed by management. Pros: nice view, modern look, gym Cons: no coat closet, cabinets are extremely high, no parking at night, no elevator in the original building
