I love the cleaniness And the mangers that I met one of them real nice and bout her business and she try to help I really hate she didn't get my application because the person that have minds had it bout almost two weeks and was telling me it's processing and it never was when I finally went down there she wanted to process it then I was told I was approve but the next day I get a email I was denied but the lady had my application was telling me about she go see how much my despoit but all along I was still denied due to a light bill but the other leasing manger she was very helpful I was told my her and the regional lady if I go pay my light bill and it's 0 balance I will be able to get one but noooo the lady that have my application now still ain't giving me no fees back or trying to help and it's sad

They are so unreliable. Never answer phones. No real maintenance. Have to talk to them face to face every time rent due cus they lose money... smh.

Nasty place. Worst management. Office closed on Saturdays(sign says 10-4 on Saturday)Dont come to this place ... I wish I could upload my apartments pictures to show you the real picture of this mess. ...

Only one treadmill is working, when a machine breaks down in the gym it does not get fixed. My rent is higher due to the extra water and sewage bill.My gate key is over 3 years old and tearing,I'd have to pay $ 50 just to replace it. I'm hoping it won't break.

I wouldnt recommend nobody to live in the providence place there rent is to high and the space is very small.Management and staff is very unprofessional they dont care how they treat thete tenants.Thats the worst place I ever lived at.And they let anybody move in and the have severals break ins and car bugularies to have security.Thats sad.

My first year was awesome. Maintenance issues were taken care of promptly, neighbors were friendly. Going on my second year not so pleasant. I have nosey neighbors, put in a maintenance request and it took them 2 months to fix. I lost my mailbox key and was suppose to been having my mailbox re-keyed because they didn't have a spare, its going on a month now. Besided those 2 issues, I'm pretty much satisfied. Also staff is very friendly.

This is an assisted living facility. The buildings are older looking in appearance, but the public areas seems to be clean and they have occasional entertainment. The staff that I saw were friendly. I don't know what The District is. The name of the place that I visited was Royal Retreat.

DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS THEYRE ROACH INFESTED MAINTENANCE DONT KNOW WHAT DF THEY ARE DOING!!! THE OFFICE IS FULL OF YOUNG/OLD WOMEN THAT KNOW NOTHING, THEY WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE CODE ENFORCEMENT WILL BE CALLED ON THEM

I recently went to inquire about these apartments after searching for months and really fell in love with them. I spoke with Janna and she was extremely polite and patient explaining the process for moving in. When I'm ready to move they are definitely my number 1 choice and I hope she is available to help me with the process. I had the opportunity to look at a unit and when I say gorgeous and you see the renovation process was not rushed and they took their time. Grounds was nice and clean and well kept. Highly recommended.

My daughter told me about these apartments and took me over to see them. From what i seen the grounds are very well maintained. My daughter knows I am very particular and i must say she made a good choice in these apartments. I had the pleasure of speaking with Janna today and she more than answered all of our questions and was very polite and patient. I look forward to working with her and moving here in the future. Definitely a good recommendation.

Janna Davis was perfect with helping me get everything situated for my move in date… the renovation are beautiful and I highly recommend this apartment complex and staff!!!

Maintenance staff Johnny, Jose, Al and Humberto are some of the most kind, professional and knowledgeable professionals i have had the pleasure to meet! An after hours water leak was handled quickly and follow up the next day was prompt and courteous. Office staff Gustavo and Izzy are perfect examples of what customer service means. Each interaction with them is truly a pleasure. I highly recommend this complex!
