I currently rent from this management company. I previously rented from another property they have in Hickory Hill. I have lived at Eton for 2 years each year they have gone up on rent. This is my experience with this complex. The apartment is spacious 2 bed 2 bth. I moved in and it was roachs in the apartment. My dishwasher has NEVER worked. The pool is a community pool considering other complexs residents use it. The biggest problem is the increase in rent but the area doesn't warrant it. Gunshots every night. My windows on my car were shot out the 4th of july 2016. With that being said the rent has gone up each year with old, outdated appliances, older carpet. My opinion is that it is not worth the current rental rate.

Our apartment was not ready when we arrived with the moving van, despite verbal confirmation prior to arrival. During our lease, multiple break-ins and violent crimes occurred. We were not allowed to break our lease and move. The trash dumpsters were always overflowing. The security gate was frequently open. When we did finally break our lease and move, the management company illegally filed twice in court, showing two evictions, despite having made payment arrangements with management.

Initially, my experience with Eton Square was a great one. At some point and time management changed and the prior employer did not pass along anyone's the information. The things that were put in place were not enforced. When I made attempts to speak with management about an issues, she worked hard to adhere to what was put in place prior to her starting. But when I contacted upper management in regards to what happened, without any warning, I was given a thirty day notice to leave.
