We didn't have trouble with our neighbors, but we had some trouble with management. Management switched half way through our time there. We lived there from 8/10-7/12. There were 2 times that we got eviction notices even though we had payed rent. Upon calling, the situation was rectified both times, but it was frustrating and alarming. Once, they closed the office without warning during business hours on the day rent was due. Finally, our neighbor was robbed by someone with a key. We moved.

I think the property managers at University Crossing are awesome. They do the best they can with what little staff they have. I think Makowsky Ringel Greenberg can hire one or two more pt employees office and maintenance. I also think they should hire a security gaurd to work friday and staturday evenings to patrol all of the University Crossing properties. As there are vicious residents in a vicious community. I also think M R G should invest in building a complex like the Stratum on Highland
