Arbor Brook Apartments

I was a potential resident but no one ever took the time to return my call or the e-mail I sent.

I feel I have been discriminated against here due to treatment of management. I do not feel I need to pay any penalties to move when you have said my dog cannot live here. Maybe you need to penalize the woman who has the huge German Shepherd running free.

My husband and I have been living at Arbor Brook Apartments since August 2015. We love the location, the peace and quiet. All of the residents and their pets are great to get along with. The staff in the office and maintenance staff are all awesome. They will take care of any issues with 2-4 hours. We love our apartment, it is a two bedroom, two bath (1099 square feet) it is big enough for us and for guests that come to visit. They have a workout gym that you can go to 24/7; I go there a few times a week. They also have a nice pool that you can enjoy during the warmer months; it is great to do exercises in too. They have a walking trail that goes around the complex that is 1.25 miles long, that we have walked several times. There is a housing development around the complex and if you have a bicycle you can get in 20-30 miles just by going up and down the streets, my husband and I both do this a lot during the warmer months. Great location, I work in Smyrna and it only takes me about 15 minutes to get to work, hardly any traffic (there are no schools on the route that I travel). Very close to shopping, the mall is less than 5 miles down the road. They are pet friendly which is awesome and it does not matter what size of dog you have. They have a pet park that you can take your furry friends too. It is just a great place to live. (Mary P.)
