DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, MOVE INTO THIS BUILDING. You think you're getting a deal on a downtown location, what you are getting is a frustrating, dirty, dangerous lie. Everything they try and sell you on is a lie. They tell you there is a pool? Nope. Oh, but there will be a pool coming soon. Nope. They tell you there are places to park? Nope. First and foremost, there are bugs and mold. Untreatable bugs and mold. I have been in here for an entire miserable year, and have gotten pest control treatments almost weekly for the last six months, and it has done absolutely NOTHING to improve the problem. The infestation is too bone deep to shake. I have also been experiencing breathing and illness problems related to mold for the last year. I did an in home mold test, found evidence of dangerous mold, and was given a shrug and a copy of my mold addendum in my lease stating that it's my responsibility to keep things clean and dry so mold doesn't grow (it's already there). I have also been without heat or air for multiple weeks now, after having put in a maintenance request only for it to be marked off and completed less that 24 hours after I submitted it and have not been contacted once. And on the note of the parking: 1) Spaces are not included in your lease, they are extra on top of the rent. 2) there are not enough spaces for the number of residents so you will be put on a never ending "waiting list" with ZERO communication on any movement on said list. 3) there are no legal places to park over night within roughly half a mile. So be prepared to either hike, sprint to the state lots every morning before 7:30 am, pay $40 a night to use the bus station garage, or get parking ticket after parking ticket as you just hope that you'll still have a car the next morning. And even with all of this...it's still not even actually that great of a location. Also- the mailboxes don't actually lock and there is no package room.

Apartment building is way over priced compared to similar apartments in the area. The building has been renovated but doesn't have central air and heating. Management isn't able to lease out units so they've listed many of their units on various hotel websites and airbnb which has turned the building into a hotel. Management also doesn't enforce parking for the people that actually live there. Do yourself a favor and lease from another apartment building.

Lease a parking lot, charge tenants a few more bucks a month for guaranteed parking. Eliminate cigarette smoking from being allowed indoors. Replace carpet in hallways. Insulate doors better.

Because parking sucks and there are bugs and they change my fees on a monthly basis. Like pest control went from $3 to $7. That's over 100% increase, like how sway how??
