I came down here from Chicago to work on a new construction project that is close by. Walk in and talk to Marita the Property Manager. She is a gem, she help me out with getting my renters insurance. Got me a great place. Fresh paint, New appliances, clean furnished unit. And the price was perfect. Great location. Marita is worth her weight in gold, she helps everyone. No doubt about it I come back to Nashville Im staying here. Jim from Chicago

The worst humans I've ever dealt with. Seriously. Do yourself a favor and avoid them at all cost

This is the single worst place I've ever done business with. Creepy and greedy.

This place does not answer the phone, and when they do its nothing but the run around. Then after you actually get your application in, they will take your application fee and suddenly never have anything available. This place is not the one, skip it.

When I contacted them inquiring about a place they were difficult to get a hold of. I provided all information asked of me in a timely manner and they never responded. I called and called and sent numerous emails and voicemails. When they finally called back they told me I was missing information that I had already provided. I told them I would provide it again if it wasn’t to their satisfaction. She then accused me of falsifying my application and hung up on me. I honestly think they let people fill out the application just to get their personal information and possibly sell it. BEWARE of this place. Unbelievably rude and secretive.
