      This place really seemed like it was gonna be great. We toured the townhouse to see what the amenities looked like and to meet management. The property manager told us she had been there for years and that she would be available to us whenever we needed something. They fired that property manager around 1 week into our lease. From that point on it was headache after headache. We moved into an apartment with 0 of the updated amenities that they showed us. The counters and cabinets were sticky with something (which we could never remove) and the counters were stained and peeling. Inside the kitchen cabinets, we found dead cockroaches and stained, warped shelves. Our washer and drier routinely broke down, and the drier was what they called energy efficient which just meant old. We had to run every load of laundry around 4 times to get them dry which made our energy bill shoot up to around $200+ per month. Outside the apartment, the gym is only open from 8-6PM which is basically like not having a fitness center at all. The pool was closed through the whole summer for unknown issues. The back area behind one of the buildings had soft grass mounds that your feet would sink into because there was human feces pumping/leaking into the soil. Management does not answer calls, does not answer emails and is out of the office 3-4 hours of the day. We scheduled a move-out inspection to make sure we would get our security deposit and management was a no-show. We scrubbed and swept and mopped the apartment before moving and now, 1 month later, we had to follow up to find out that our security deposit, in its entirety, was used for cleaning fees. If youre looking for a cheap option, just know youll pay more in the long run. If youre looking for a quality option, steer clear. If youre looking for any communication, you wont find it here. This is not how any place should do business.

      For the rent we paid , the residential complex was a fair deal. Our first thoughts when moving in were , that the place didn't look very safe . But we lived there for 3 months are we were fine. The pool was maintained well. We had some service requests during our stay that were handled all right too. Our apartment was right infront of the laundromat so we always had a lingering detergent smell in our apartment , but I will attribute that to the location of the apartment itself.
