The complex is great. The staff is great at fixing any issues and keeping renters informed of what's going on Read Morein regard to repairs and updates.

Lived here for a little over a month now and have submitted three work orders for the exact same issue. It is Read Morestill not fixed, despite the notes from maintenance stating the problem has been resolved. Getting a reply from the office also takes several attempts of contact. Finally, I had a question about my most recent bill. There was a charge I didn't understand and when I asked for more details, three days later, the reply said it was most likely part of my water bill. I expect the people billing me to know exactly what each charge is for. They could do some major improving in these three areas.
