I am a new resident and so far I can not wait to move out. I was extremely excited about moving into Bavaria but that excitement changed to utter disappointment with the roaches and plumbing issues. Luckily, the maintainance men come when you put an order in. They don't speak much English so its difficult to tell if the issue has been resolved until you try to use whatever was broken. The parking permits are useless because people park where they please with or without the sticker. My lease agreement states grills are prohibited, but there are plenty of patios with grills. The children need a playing area because they run up and down the stairways and leave their toys and bikes wherever. I don't mean to be so negative but I should've considered other options instead of my first (Bavaria). I will have to try to make the best of my situation until my lease is up.

the staff is very helpful, the grounds are kept clean. i enjoy the view and daily walks in the community.
