I was told that it was. Treat spider and roach issue. Also fix the dry wall damaged by there leaking pipesYou have been informed!!Do yourself a favor and find another place to liveYou know what they say about beauty!! It's in the eye if the beholderIf you like. Mold. Spiders. Roaches. Rude office staff and unfair move out charges. Poor washing and dryer amenities. Maintenance staff that unlocks your door and enters when you are in the shower. Multiple mechanical failures. A/c. Freezer. Outlets. Then this is the place for you.

It took two months to fix our air conditioning. It took them 3 weeks to bother responding to my maintenance re Read Morequest. Other than that, office staff are incompetent and uninformed.
