WARNING WARNING WARNING **** DO NOT MOVE IN ***** I have been living here with my family since July of this year, so a Total of 4 months. The first day we moved in we noticed problems, we told the front office several times and took the leasing agent on a tour. Showed her all the problems, walls not painted, holes in the walls, dirty carpet, mold, mildew, electrical issues, moving toilets, leaking toilets.... the list goes on and on.. We were told that they would come by within the week to fix all the problems, they fix two things and said they would come back. Last week they finally fixed the leaking toilet that we told them about 4 months ago. The water heater that we kept warning them about blew a valve so now we are without hot water for the weekend. Now the same toilet that was fixed now overflowed. Since we have two toilets, they will not fix it. So now I don't have hot water and can't use the toilet. Most of the excuses we get are that this is Nashville and that they are not our former apartment community. Which is also managed by UDR, these are not Luxury Apartments. They advertise as a Luxury apartment community.These are a few of pictures to show you that I am not lying and why you should not move hereDO NOT MOVE IN HERE! DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!About the only people that show respect or empathy are the maintenance guys.*** Update they fixed the toilet and hot water heater, but the toilet started to back up again and the water from washing machine started to leak. ****

Such cheap management people, they charge you for cleaning and maintenance even after paying the express cleaning charges. Doesn't recommend this apartment to any one.

Great place to live located next to an agricultural center which is a great place to spend time outdoors. office staff is excellent and neighbors are friendly.
